You can send an e-mail to customservice@bonabag.com to repair your product purchased from www.bonabag.com.

2. Will I pay to repair my product?

All Bonabag products have 2-year warranty guarantee. You will not pay for repairing your product in 2 years.

3. How long does it take to repair my product?

Repairing takes 14 business days.

4. Will I pay for delivery after repairing?

We do not request any delivery charge of returning.

5. How should I use my product?

6. Do I return my product?

We are pleased to accept returns of any unused and undamaged product, within 14 business days of receiving the product.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer product exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it does not meet your satisfaction.
